Glaze Test

I used the previous carved scraps to test the different glaze results. I started by using clamps to hold the ceramic pieces and glazing them by dipping, but as the pattern is very fragile, the pattern broke during the dipping process as soon as I used the clamps, so I needed to hold them by hand to do the dipping.

Also, as I wanted to be able to glaze the whole piece, I needed to use support nails to place the ceramic pieces in the kiln.

After experimenting with different glazes, I chose to use porcelain clay with transparent glaze for my final product.
