Contextual Research about Third Object

The third object was inspired by 'MOBILE' and I was interested in the unpredictable dynamics of 'MOBILE', so I wanted to visualize the unpredictable dynamics through design and bring them into the interior space by designing a decompression toy.

With this idea in mind I researched the work of Tom Foulsham, who uses a 200w convection current drive to hit a thin sail and drive a person around. Using an interactive approach, the invisible dynamics can be felt through the senses, making it more playful and interesting.
