Material Experiment of Light Effects

Ready mades / Thread / Clay

Some ready mades like glass bottles and steel balls provide interesting light effects, but they look rather rigid as industrial products with calculable weights and unchanging shapes.

A combination of clay and balloons to make a cut-out shape is an interesting texture, but this experiment was not successful as the ceramic was too fragile.

Wire Mesh

Experiments with different types of metal mesh have produced some interesting light and shadow effects, with the actual objects and shadows interlacing with each other as if they were fused into one. But for my idea is come from nature light, I would like to bring more colour into the hanging objects.
