Make the big hole first, then the small one

The order in which the holes are punched is important. Due to the fact that I changed parts during the process, I had a problem with the order in which I punched the holes. In order to ensure that the centres of the two holes are in the same place, I should have drilled the larger holes first, then the smaller ones.
