Initial Structure of Door Bell

I was inspired by the motion of the linear reciprocating structure swaying from side to side, which reminded me of a pendulum.

First, I designed the different gear sets through Gear Generator, then modelled and 3D printed the structures through Solid Works to check the operation of the structure.

Test the Structure

Problem 1: 3D printing quality, warped on the first print.

Problem 2: 3D printing quality, warped on the first print.

Problem 3: The distance between cog teeth is not correct , needs adjustment.
